Free & Fast Shipping We currently offer Free Shipping on orders over $150. All items qualify, even heavy and oversize items. Shipping rates apply on orders under $150 and are displayed at checkout. We offer two shipping methods: FedEx Standard 5-8 business days and FedEx Ground 1-5 business days. Our standard shipping method is serviced by FedEx SmartPost that utilizes the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery.
USA Shipping Policy We ship across the 48 contiguous United States. Enjoy same day shipping when your order is processed before 6:00 am Pacific Time (PT) Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 am Pacific Time (PT) will ship the following business day. At this time FedEx Ground does not deliver to APO, FPO, DPO or PO Boxes. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment and can be tracked online at www.FedEx.com for package travel history and delivery dates.
International, HI & AK At this time we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska due to the high shipping cost. If you wish to ship to these locations we recommend utilizing a freight forwarding company within the contiguous 48 United States that we can ship to.

Cleaning the pump is essential to the longevity of the fountain. Please clean the pump at least every 2 weeks.
Step 1: Remove the pump cover.
Step 2: Remove the Impeller cap by placing your fingernail underneath the small lip.
Step 3: Remove the Impeller and clean the parts with soap and warm water.
